2.3 You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of lk108 is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located.
2.4 You may not open an Account if you are an employee, contractor, consultant, or family member of an employee of lk108 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners, unless you have received prior written consent from lk108 management.
2.5 Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited at lk108's sole discretion.
3.1 To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, active Indonesian mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.3 lk108 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request claiming to be from lk108, you should report it immediately to our support team.
3.4 You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your Account. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify lk108 immediately via the support contact details set out in Section 16.
3.5 lk108 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an Account at any time without providing a reason, subject to returning any legitimate Account Balance to the Member in accordance with these Terms.
4.1 Before processing any withdrawal request, lk108 requires all Members to complete a KYC verification. You will be asked to provide:

5.1 lk108 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may vary and are displayed at the time of deposit.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though lk108 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence reviews to deposits above Rp 50.000.000.
5.3 Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.4 lk108 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which lk108 accepts no responsibility.
5.5 Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance within minutes. In the event of a technical delay, please contact support with your bank transfer receipt or e-wallet transaction reference number.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your lk108 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Before a withdrawal can be processed, your Account must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 4. Unverified accounts will have withdrawals placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.
6.4 lk108 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 3 hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where enhanced review is required.
6.5 lk108 does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard interbank transfer times apply once funds leave the lk108 system; BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri transfers are typically instant via the BI-FAST network.
6.6 lk108 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, money-laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases you will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarifying information.
7.1 lk108 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over this general section where they conflict.
7.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:
7.3 lk108 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted in to a promotion and begun wagering will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
7.4 lk108 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including coordinated betting, arbitrage, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be permanently closed.
8.1 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the lk108 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details before confirming.
8.2 lk108 reserves the right to void bets that have been placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or human mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's Account Balance.
8.3 Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted at lk108's discretion, including for accounts identified as professional or high-volume bettors.
8.4 In the event that a sporting fixture or game outcome is disputed or subject to an official investigation, lk108 reserves the right to suspend settlement until the matter is resolved by the relevant governing body.
8.5 All games sourced from certified providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — are governed by their own individual game rules. In the event of a conflict between the game rules and these Terms, the certified game rules shall prevail for that specific game.

12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to lk108 processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — the sending of promotional communications.
12.3 lk108 applies 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores Member data on secured, access-controlled servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
13.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting lk108 support. Upon closure, any verified Account Balance will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet within 5 business days, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.
13.2 lk108 may suspend or permanently close an Account without prior notice where:

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation between you and lk108 shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in lk108's licensing jurisdiction.
14.3 Nothing in this clause prevents lk108 from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent financial harm.
15.1 lk108 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
